Counting footfall
Locatus counts footfall through WiFi sensors. This means that we count the number of visitors walking on a street or shopping centre – anonymously. This lets retailers, local governments, and real-estate agents know where it’s busy, and where not. Our methodology complies, due to the changes mentioned above, with the AVG/GDPR laws that are effective the 25th of May 2018 onwards.
